Leads packaging and promotional accessory development from innovation and sourcing through sampling, testing, production, and launch. Manages suppliers, manufacturers, quotations, BOMs, specifications, artwork, quality, compliance, sustainability, timelines, and costs. Partners with Marketing, Creative, Events, Education, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams to commercialize high-quality branded products. Identifies risks, coordinates prototypes and stakeholder reviews, drives continuous improvement, and researches emerging materials and packaging trends.

Lead North America/global PR strategy and media relations for a luxury beauty brand. Own the PR calendar, manage US agency partnerships, drive 360 campaign storytelling and toolkits, measure campaign impact, support executive and internal communications, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-brand execution and budget management. Hybrid role in LA or NYC.

Lead Hourglass's global organic social strategy, building premium social-first content, scalable affiliate/creator commerce programs, and community engagement. Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, Influencer, PR, and Regional teams. Manage editorial planning, publishing, channel optimization, and the Social & Affiliate team while identifying emerging platforms and content innovations to drive brand desirability and business growth.
