Principal Engineer responsible for architecting, building, testing, deploying, and operating full-stack TypeScript applications. The role leads React and Next.js front ends, Node.js services, APIs, cloud infrastructure, integrations, databases, CI/CD, observability, security, and AI capabilities. It owns products end to end, establishes engineering standards, partners with creative and operations teams, and provides technical leadership on client projects. Strong autonomy, communication, architecture, and production operations skills are required.

Lead conceptual and production-oriented visual design for campaigns and digital experiences. Build scalable design systems, component libraries, modular toolkits, and automated workflows for multi-channel asset production. Oversee projects, mentor designers, manage direct reports, collaborate with creative and motion teams, present to clients, and ensure high-quality delivery across digital, video, print, and emerging platforms.

The Senior Designer at Hook will manage and execute digital design projects, lead storytelling through motion design, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality, innovative delivery on multiple client projects.
