The Sandbox U Virtual Mentorship Program by Hook pairs mentees with mentors for 10 weeks to develop skills in creative professions.

The Associate Design Director will lead visual design projects, mentor staff, foster collaboration, and ensure high-quality client deliverables. Responsibilities include managing complex brand campaigns, maintaining brand systems, and overseeing multiple projects while adhering to client expectations and deadlines.

As a Principal Engineer, you will design and maintain internal pipeline tools, develop creative applications, and lead on technical projects, ensuring efficient workflows across teams.
