Owns product strategy and roadmap for Honeycomb’s AI-powered observability experiences, including Canvas, agentic investigations, Skills, and the MCP server. The role combines customer research, AI/ML trend analysis, cross-functional product leadership, feature delivery, and external thought leadership. The manager will guide AI adoption across the product portfolio, evaluate technical approaches, and translate emerging customer and engineering needs into impactful product investments.

Manage US, Canada, UK, and global Employer of Record payroll operations; validate payroll data, process special payments, maintain compliance, audit tax records, reconcile payroll accounts, prepare journal entries, and support financial audits. Administer payroll and expense systems, maintain employee and benefits data, produce payroll reports, document controls, analyze payroll expenses, and respond to employee inquiries while collaborating with HR and Finance.

Build full-funnel reporting connecting marketing activity to sales opportunities and revenue. Define attribution and shared metrics, improve lead scoring and Salesforce workflows, measure campaign ROI, and create executive dashboards in BI tools. Analyze data to uncover insights and support forecasting across marketing, sales, customer success, and revenue operations. The role requires strong analytical, marketing, stakeholder management, and SaaS experience, with curiosity about AI.
