Coordinates residential mortgage appraisal orders from placement through final delivery. Manages appraisal assignments, scheduling, status tracking, revisions, conditions, and turn times while communicating with appraisal management companies and production staff. Reviews reports for completeness, escalates discrepancies, obtains approvals for fees and rush requests, and maintains pipeline queues. The role requires knowledge of investor and agency appraisal requirements, strong organization, communication, mathematical, computer, and problem-solving skills.

Serve as primary liaison for brokers, account executives, and underwriters to manage loan files from submission to closing. Oversee condition submissions, sign off on delegated conditions, monitor file flow, maintain LOS records, ensure compliance with investor and federal guidelines, resolve documentation issues, and provide high-touch customer service to drive timely, accurate loan closings.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, services, and microservices. Leads architecture and technical direction, ensures scalability, security, maintainability, and compliance, and supports the full software development lifecycle. Collaborates with stakeholders, QA, infrastructure teams, and end users; provides technical mentorship, code reviews, troubleshooting, production support, and continuous improvement. Contributes to DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, documentation, and application modernization.
