Lead and elevate Hometap's creative vision across campaigns and channels. Manage and mentor an in-house creative team, oversee production and external vendors, refine processes, align creative to business goals, and drive performance through testing and best practices.

Own a full inbound sales pipeline for Hometap's home equity investment product: educate homeowners, guide applications from first call to close, coordinate with internal teams, use Salesforce and proprietary tools, meet monthly and quarterly sales goals, and maintain compliance and high-quality homeowner communication.

Provide legal support for vendor, technology, and commercial agreements; advise on powers of attorney and trust matters; support third-party risk management, contract management system implementation, litigation and regulatory matters; partner cross-functionally to enable scaling while managing consumer-financial regulatory risk.
