Build and automate post-sale workflows—onboarding, billing, orders, renewals, and migrations—by translating contracts into billing configs, reconciling invoices, tracking activations, and integrating AI tooling. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Ops, and Solutions and handle customer-facing billing and onboarding issues to improve accuracy, speed time-to-activation, and surface expansion opportunities.

Build and own automated GTM infrastructure that converts account lists and signals into multi-channel outbound campaigns, rep alerts, and CRM hygiene. Create enrichment workflows, signal-based selling, nudge sequences for stalled deals, upsell/churn detection, and integrate AI tooling to improve pipeline, win rates, data quality, and expansion.
