Supports Revenue Management teams by building, testing, communicating, and troubleshooting pricing promotions in the POLAR reservation system. Coordinates with Product, Market Planning, Customer Service, and other internal teams to ensure promotions function correctly across downstream channels, including the website, GDS, and API feeds. Serves as a first-line contact for promotion-related questions and errors while managing competing priorities and maintaining accurate documentation.
