Supports patent prosecution across domestic and foreign matters by tracking deadlines, preparing and filing USPTO and PCT documents, coordinating with attorneys and foreign associates, maintaining patent portfolios, reviewing notices and formal documents, and managing billing-related activities. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, proactive issue resolution, and the ability to meet demanding deadlines with minimal supervision.

Lead incident response from triage through recovery, investigate threats across endpoint, identity, network, cloud, email, and SaaS environments, conduct threat hunting and forensics, improve detections and automation, and serve as a senior escalation point. The role also includes reporting findings, coordinating with cross-functional teams, mentoring colleagues, and strengthening the firm’s security operations program.

Provide global first-line support and configuration for finance systems (e.g., Elite 3E, OneStream), develop and test reporting and code (SQL, MDX/DAX, VB.net), produce month-end and ad-hoc reports, maintain documentation, work on small projects, and support users across time zones.
