Drive new business and manage client accounts for ocean transportation services across Transpacific and Transatlantic trade lanes. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship management, contract and rate negotiation, issue resolution, sales pipeline management, KPI tracking, market reporting, collections follow-up, and coordination with pricing and operations teams.
