Leads a regional marketing pursuit pod, overseeing narrative strategy, proposal and interview collateral, quality standards, delivery outcomes, and performance metrics. Develops marketing talent, manages workloads and resources, analyzes win rates and operational trends, and partners with studio leaders and pursuit strategists on business development, competitive intelligence, and client research. Ensures successful pursuit submissions, alignment with brand standards, and achievement of deadlines and quality expectations.

Coordinates national awards, industry rankings, surveys, conferences, and speaking engagements to strengthen HKS’s brand, reputation, business development, and talent attraction. Maintains calendars, submissions, deadlines, budgets, archives, tracking systems, and content assets. Partners with communications, PR, design, practice leadership, finance, HR, and business development teams to develop submissions, manage data, promote wins, and align visibility activities with brand standards and business priorities.

Designs and develops sports architecture projects from concept through post-occupancy. Produces drawings, presentations, renderings, models, and implementation documents; coordinates with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Applies construction, building code, sustainability, and materials knowledge while supporting budgets, schedules, business development, and client relationships. Mentors team members and contributes to design excellence, project delivery, and collaborative problem-solving.
