Leads a regional marketing pursuit pod, overseeing narrative strategy, proposal and interview collateral, quality standards, delivery outcomes, and performance metrics. Develops marketing talent, manages workloads and resources, analyzes win rates and operational trends, and partners with studio leaders and pursuit strategists on business development, competitive intelligence, and client research. Ensures successful pursuit submissions, alignment with brand standards, and achievement of deadlines and quality expectations.

Coordinates national awards, industry rankings, surveys, conferences, and speaking engagements to strengthen HKS’s brand, reputation, business development, and talent attraction. Maintains calendars, submissions, deadlines, budgets, archives, tracking systems, and content assets. Partners with communications, PR, design, practice leadership, finance, HR, and business development teams to develop submissions, manage data, promote wins, and align visibility activities with brand standards and business priorities.

Designs and develops sports architecture projects from concept through post-occupancy. Produces drawings, presentations, renderings, models, and implementation documents; coordinates with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Applies construction, building code, sustainability, and materials knowledge while supporting budgets, schedules, business development, and client relationships. Mentors team members and contributes to design excellence, project delivery, and collaborative problem-solving.

Coordinates professional services pursuit submissions from go/no-go through final delivery. Manages requirements, schedules, stakeholders, document assembly, version control, CRM and Asana data, templates, and reusable marketing content. Ensures RFP compliance, accuracy, brand consistency, and timely completion while identifying risks and improving processes. Supports proposal writing, layouts, interview collateral, and content quality, while guiding entry-level staff and progressively taking on greater ownership.

Lead client-facing project manager for sports architecture projects, overseeing all design and delivery phases, coordinating multi-discipline teams, ensuring code/compliance and quality, managing risks, budgets, schedules and presentations, integrating sustainability and firm best practices, and delivering post-occupancy evaluation and lessons learned. Travel required.

The Project Architect leads design teams and manages project execution, documentation, and client collaboration while mentoring staff and ensuring design quality.

Lead targeted business development for architecture/interior practice areas: create capture plans, execute BD strategies, build client relationships, track pursuits in Salesforce, support RFx responses, represent firm at events, and collaborate with marketing and project teams to grow market share.
