Lead façade designer and project manager responsible for envisioning, designing, coordinating, and delivering façade and enclosure systems across multiple projects. Oversees design vision, technical resolution, documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, client relationships, performance criteria, sustainability integration, presentations, and quality control while managing project teams, budgets, schedules, and risks.

Lead targeted business development for architecture/interior practice areas: create capture plans, execute BD strategies, build client relationships, track pursuits in Salesforce, support RFx responses, represent firm at events, and collaborate with marketing and project teams to grow market share.
