Lead Total Reward for the Americas within a global team: manage salary structures, benefits, incentive plans, compliance, benchmarking, and annual reward cycles in Workday. Partner with brokers and stakeholders, produce data-driven compensation recommendations and business cases, manage recognition programs, respond to executive ad-hoc requests, and ensure high-quality reward data and reporting.

Provide day-to-day HR support for U.S. and Canadian employees with a California focus: onboarding/offboarding, employee records, benefits and leave administration support, reporting, engagement activities, policy/compliance tracking, and People process documentation. Act as first point of contact for routine HR inquiries and support People Business Partners on administrative workflows to improve employee experience.

Lead government‑contract financial claims and disputes work for non‑government clients, providing expert reports, litigation support, cost/price analysis, investigations (including False Claims Act matters), rebuttals to government auditors, and business development to grow the Government Contracts service line.
