Develops territory go-to-market plans, builds qualified sales pipelines, sources new customer opportunities, manages partner relationships, and closes complex data infrastructure, storage, cloud, and data management solutions. The role requires prospecting, quota achievement, Salesforce pipeline reporting, collaboration with VARs and integrators, solution selling, and strong knowledge of digital infrastructure products and services.

Perform on-site high-voltage and low-voltage transformer testing using mobile test trailers; analyze and calibrate test equipment; perform PD localization, temperature rise, winding resistance, turns ratio, excitation, and power factor tests; prepare test plans and detailed reports; provide technical support to field crews and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety.

Enhances sales effectiveness by managing sales content libraries, developing playbooks and training, supporting product launches, creating competitive materials, and improving pricing and margin execution. Partners with product management, marketing, and field teams to translate technical information into sales resources. Maintains CRM and enablement technology proficiency, gathers field feedback, and tracks content, training, and productivity metrics.
