Perform on-site high-voltage and low-voltage transformer testing using mobile test trailers; analyze and calibrate test equipment; perform PD localization, temperature rise, winding resistance, turns ratio, excitation, and power factor tests; prepare test plans and detailed reports; provide technical support to field crews and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety.

Leads technical delivery for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, covering integrations, data migration, reporting, extensions, security, environments, testing, deployment, and cutover. Owns delivery plans, estimates, technical specifications, standards, dependencies, quality controls, and defect resolution. Provides design and code reviews, ensures security and performance requirements, and leads distributed teams while coordinating with functional consultants, architects, client stakeholders, and support teams.

Owns end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM implementations. Defines enterprise blueprints, architecture standards, application boundaries, integrations, data migration, reporting, security, and nonfunctional requirements. Leads design workshops, fit-to-standard decisions, governance forums, design reviews, testing, cutover, go-live readiness, and transition to operations while coordinating Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, functional, technical, and senior stakeholder teams.

Leads end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation programs from mobilization through go-live, stabilization, and transition to support. Manages integrated plans, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, governance, RAID logs, change control, and stakeholder reporting. Coordinates functional, technical, data, integration, testing, training, cutover, and business workstreams while managing distributed teams, third parties, risks, and executive communications.

Enhances sales effectiveness by managing sales content libraries, developing playbooks and training, supporting product launches, creating competitive materials, and improving pricing and margin execution. Partners with product management, marketing, and field teams to translate technical information into sales resources. Maintains CRM and enablement technology proficiency, gathers field feedback, and tracks content, training, and productivity metrics.

Manage and grow relationships with assigned enterprise accounts by developing account plans, identifying decision-makers, creating pipeline, forecasting sales, and closing complex technology deals. Drive upselling, cross-selling, new revenue, and share-of-wallet growth for Hitachi Vantara’s data infrastructure solutions. Collaborate with specialist sales teams, channel partners, systems integrators, technical resources, and internal functions while aligning account activities with regional strategy and customer priorities.

Owns go-to-market strategy and execution for enterprise business applications and database solutions. Develops positioning, messaging, value propositions, solution narratives, customer-facing assets, sales tools, and partner enablement. Translates complex technology into outcome-led buyer stories, gathers customer and competitive evidence, supports campaigns and launches, and collaborates across product, sales, technical, partner, and marketing teams in a global B2B technology environment.

Design, validate, and deliver enterprise modern data management platforms (lakehouse, open table formats, object storage) with governance, compliance, streaming pipelines, metadata/catalog integration, federated query, and AI-ready data foundations. Build reference architectures, run POCs/labs, produce customer-facing guidance, and partner across product, engineering, and field teams to enable production-grade, compliant data solutions.

Lead strategy, commercialization, and governance for the companys support portfolio. Define offerings, pricing, packaging, and P&L oversight; drive cross-functional execution with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to improve adoption, retention, margin, and field enablement.
