Lead a regional portfolio and a team of Directors/senior CSEs to drive net revenue retention and expansion. Act as executive client contact for health systems, oversee enterprise implementations, change management and adoption, build scalable CS playbooks and processes, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Sales, represent the company externally, and support hiring and team development. Onsite in Duarte, CA with occasional travel to Palo Alto.

Serve as an on-site, embedded customer success lead at a health system, driving post-sale implementation, configuration, training, adoption, and measurable clinical and operational outcomes. Build relationships across clinical, operational, and IT teams, manage day-to-day client execution, track success metrics, and collaborate with product, sales, and engineering to improve the solution and scale deployments.

The Customer Success Executive will implement and scale AI solutions in healthcare, ensuring strong adoption by nursing and clinical teams while managing client relationships and project execution.
