Leads timeshare sales operations to maximize net sales volume and achieve organizational targets. Partners with the Director of Sales on policies and process improvements, promotes collaboration across sales and administrative teams, conducts meetings, trains staff on sales policies, ensures contract accuracy, and coaches sales executives through closing. Requires a flexible schedule, timeshare sales experience, team supervision or mentoring experience, and strong interpersonal and productivity skills.

Promotes vacation ownership opportunities to Bass Pro Shops customers through friendly engagement and persuasive presentations. Builds trust, identifies guests’ travel needs, recommends attractions and discounted packages, provides concierge-style service, and meets individual and team sales goals. Requires flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, participation in training, professional communication, and basic computer use.
