Manage ADP Workforce Now Open Enrollment setups, partner with carrier/ADP teams, respond to ADP benefits technical queries, generate census and enrollment reports, support Essential ACA module implementations and audits, and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, timely benefits processing and client onboarding.

Manage and execute national and regional corporate events: own event calendar, coordinate venues/vendors, create and distribute event content, target and engage audiences, uphold brand standards, contribute ideas, and help define KPIs to measure success.
