Manage carrier integrations lifecycle for Employee Navigator: onboard carriers, maintain connections, troubleshoot issues, test and assure integration quality, collaborate with product and client success teams, and support clients and carriers during implementations while recommending process improvements.

The Client Support Coordinator processes client employee benefits changes, manages data entry, and provides general administrative support for the Client Services department.
