Teams at Hightouch

Lead and build the Deal Desk function: own complex enterprise deal structuring, pricing frameworks (including consumption models), CPQ and quote-to-cash systems, approval workflows, and renewal/expansion mechanics. Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and executives to enable fast, accurate quoting while protecting margin and ensuring clean billing and revenue recognition.

This role involves managing a pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts, driving prospecting efforts, delivering tailored solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role focuses on enhancing developer productivity for Hightouch's engineering team by owning the build/test/deploy processes, improving multi-cloud infrastructure, and driving excellence in testing.
