Partners with customers, engineers, architects, vendors, and project teams to gather requirements, build datasets, reports, and dashboards, analyze business problems, manage testing, resolve defects, assess risks, and deliver improvements. Provides subject matter expertise, strategic direction, customer communication, cost-benefit analysis, compliance oversight, and mentorship to data analysts.

Supports Pharmacy Markets growth through project management, business and data analysis, product and pharmacy benefit development, regulatory compliance, process improvement, vendor oversight, and issue resolution. Partners with stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate trends and opportunities, implement solutions, monitor KPIs, and improve pharmacy product performance and member experience.

Supports solution portfolio strategy, business analysis, process optimization, and business model design. Facilitates stakeholder planning sessions, identifies root causes, develops recommendations, creates requirements and user stories, and documents workflows, operational plans, metrics, and controls. Applies Lean Six Sigma, Human-Centered Design, and business process modeling to improve healthcare solutions, productivity, cost effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
