High-Light Electric, Inc. (HLE), part of Mendoza Companies, is a California-based union electrical infrastructure contractor founded in 1996. Specializing in public works and complex electrical construction — including traffic signals, fiber optics, highway, roadway, rail, and airport work with electrical and dry-utilities installations — it has grown from a specialized electrical contractor into a full-service general construction company serving Caltrans, municipalities, and transit authorities.
