Leads operations and supply chain for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer wellness brand. Owns contract manufacturing, strategic sourcing, procurement, demand and supply planning, inventory, 3PL and logistics management, ERP transition support, master data, budgeting, and operational reporting. Builds scalable processes, manages suppliers and fulfillment partners, delivers cost savings and supply continuity, and leads Supply Chain and Project Management teams while partnering closely with the COO and cross-functional stakeholders.

Own full-cycle recruiting across the company, including sourcing, screening, hiring-manager partnership, offers, recruiting metrics, and employer branding. Manage key HR operations such as preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS records, employee support, reporting, and process improvements. Coordinate with IT, Finance, leadership, and hiring managers while maintaining confidentiality and delivering a strong candidate and employee experience.

Owns monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, AP/AR, invoicing, management reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, and audit preparation. Supports ERP selection and migration, chart of accounts redesign, data validation, UAT, process documentation, inventory costing, and GAAP compliance. Serves as backup for Controller responsibilities and partners with Operations and leadership in a fully remote, growth-stage consumer products company.
