Support and maintain enterprise Certificate Authority infrastructure including certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, and PKI operations. Troubleshoot certificate-related issues, ensure PKI security and compliance, collaborate with infrastructure and security teams, and contribute to documentation and process improvements.

Design, implement, and automate CI/CD and cloud infrastructure for data platforms. Configure Snowflake, AWS, SnapLogic, and Alation tooling. Build PoC sandboxes, define testing/release/support processes, monitor provider roadmaps, enforce development standards, deploy security and vulnerability scanning (e.g., Snyk), perform root cause analysis, and mentor other developers.

Manage IT infrastructure projects following ITIL/ITSM practices. Lead and develop teams, plan and organize project activities, handle interviewing, and design and deliver training. Oversee ESS-related project tasks and ensure project management processes are applied.
