Leads the company’s digital transformation strategy, roadmap, and enterprise platforms across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance. Owns PLM, ERP, MES, integrations, data, automation, and emerging technologies while establishing an integrated digital thread, scalable architecture, data governance, and system-of-record strategies. Directs complex transformation initiatives, process redesign, automation, AI adoption, vendor partnerships, governance, and technical teams through implementation and measurable business outcomes.

Edit and produce photo and video content from raw capture through final delivery. Responsibilities include video editing, photography processing, color correction, asset organization, visual storytelling, export for web and marketing channels, occasional on-location capture, Sony camera operation, revision management, and maintaining post-production workflows. The role collaborates with the Creative Lead and works approximately two days per week on a contract basis.

Support integration, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of mission hardware and software, including avionics, sensors, radios, processors, communications, and command-and-control systems. Develop software interfaces for telemetry and subsystems, assist with hardware/software bring-up in laboratory, hardware-in-the-loop, ground-test, and aircraft environments, document technical findings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and flight-test teams.
