Teams at Helpline Youth Counseling

Provides assessments, treatment planning, case management, and individual, group, and family counseling for children and families. Conducts field and office-based sessions, responds to safety concerns and crises, facilitates parenting and child-focused groups, provides referrals, documents services, and coordinates care while following agency policies, HIPAA, and professional ethics.

Supports school-based Dream Resource Center operations and youth prevention programs. Responsibilities include organizing outreach, workshops, educational presentations, community meetings, youth leadership activities, peer support, restorative justice, conflict mediation, safe pathway initiatives, and a youth-led podcast. The role also coordinates with schools, municipalities, community partners, and students; promotes events; maintains documentation; implements the program workplan; and supports youth participation in enrichment opportunities.

Conducts clinical quality assurance audits of mental health programs, reviews charts and EHR documentation, monitors contract and regulatory compliance, supports corrective action plans, facilitates utilization reviews, provides staff training, and reports quality findings to leadership. Collaborates with program managers and clinical supervisors to improve documentation, outcome measures, and service quality across agency programs.
