Quality Engineer supporting manufacturing quality operations, product discrepancy resolution, returned-product inspection, quality reporting, process monitoring, nonconformance trending, corrective actions, supplier evaluations, and design documentation reviews. The role requires electrical knowledge, manufacturing quality experience, aerospace and AS9102/AS9100 familiarity, strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Design, develop, and test precision mechanical systems and optical mounts for IR/E-O test equipment. Own hardware lifecycle from CAD designs to manufacturing-ready drawings, BOMs, and ICDs. Collaborate with engineers, PMs, vendors, and production to support fabrication, integration, and quality improvements for high-complexity, low-volume products.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will design and oversee mechanical systems for infrared test equipment, ensuring compliance and performance in collaboration with teams, while mentoring junior engineers and being hands-on with CAD and prototyping.
