The Marketing Manager leads hotel brand development, positioning, voice, digital and print campaigns, public relations, media planning, community partnerships, and website performance. This role develops strategic marketing plans, manages agencies, budgets, contracts, databases, and creative production, while supporting executive leadership and operational initiatives. The position also oversees stakeholder communications, cross-promotional programs, guest experience opportunities, and project execution.

Coordinates daily racquet sports administration, including tennis and pickleball court reservations, scheduling, audits, billing, member inquiries, department records, communications, reporting, maintenance coordination, and inventory orders. Reconciles lesson and clinic charges, resolves booking and billing discrepancies, supports the Director of Racquet Sports, and ensures accurate policy compliance and revenue reporting.

Leads hotel sales and marketing strategy to maximize room, banquet, catering, and rental revenue. Oversees pricing, market mix, forecasting, business planning, direct sales, public relations, and group booking strategies. Manages sales staff recruitment, training, performance, and departmental operations while developing budgets, reports, and market research. Represents the hotel at industry and community events and ensures compliance with employment and civil rights laws.
