Cleans, sorts, washes, polishes, and stores service ware, cookware, pots, and pans for hotel food and beverage outlets. Maintains dish and pot machines, operates a burnishing machine, de-tarns silver, transports heavy items, and supports restaurant operations while following hotel standards and attendance requirements.

Supervise front desk operations while assisting the Front Office Manager. Assign and guide guest service agents, oversee check-in and check-out, process payments, manage room and guest information, answer calls, resolve complaints, and ensure efficient, friendly service. The role requires maintaining financial accuracy, following hotel policies, supporting staff performance, and adapting communication to guests and associates.

Assists the Director of Finance with hotel financial operations, accounting functions, budgeting, financial statement preparation, tax compliance, accounts receivable, cash flow, balance sheet reconciliations, asset inventories, and finance department management. Oversees accounting associates, supports hiring and training, ensures adherence to financial procedures and record-retention requirements, and helps safeguard hotel assets while maintaining accurate reporting under GAAP and company standards.
