Supports the General Manager in overseeing hotel Rooms and Food & Beverage operations, guest satisfaction, budgets, forecasts, labor costs, brand compliance, staffing, performance management, and financial objectives. Leads operational managers, participates in executive and departmental meetings, resolves conflicts, and assumes General Manager responsibilities when needed.

Manage and administer all HR functions for the hotel including recruiting, training, benefits, compliance, performance management, associate relations, labor relations and policy implementation to support departmental staffing and guest service goals.

Directs the hotel’s financial and accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, capital expenditure control, cash management, accounts receivable, reconciliations, inventory controls, audit compliance, and financial analysis. Welcomes hotel guests, handles luggage and deliveries, escorts guests to rooms, provides information, maintains lobby and bell areas, coordinates with hotel departments, supports transportation and valet operations, and delivers responsive guest service during arrival and departure. Requires schedule flexibility, safe driving, physical ability to handle luggage up to 75 pounds, and professionalism in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Supervise daily banquet operations, staff scheduling and development, event execution, food and beverage service, customer coordination, billing, service-charge and payroll reporting, sanitation, safety, and compliance with hotel standards. The role leads banquet associates, ensures quality guest experiences, manages supplies and equipment, resolves operational issues, and collaborates with customers and accounting to deliver accurate, timely service.

Support department managers with staffing, training, scheduling, payroll, performance management, and company program implementation. Manage reservations and group rooming lists, monitor and analyze rooms inventory using yield management, prepare rooms reports and forecasts, input data into reservation systems, and communicate direction to staff while handling guest and associate concerns.

Supervise hotel engineering and maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, life safety systems, utilities, mechanical and electrical equipment, grounds, pool, and physical plant upkeep. Serve as the property expert for life safety systems and support hotel operations through daily property inspections and issue resolution.

Oversee property preventative maintenance, life-safety systems, utilities, and engineering staff. Manage capital projects, budgets, records, and ensure compliance with brand standards, codes, and safety while maintaining building systems and grounds.

Plan and manage food and beverage operations across outlets, culinary, stewarding, beverage, banquet, and purchasing.
