Own Hedge’s partnership strategy and build alliances with agency networks, associations, technology providers, data partners, and platforms. Responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating deals, developing partner economics and launch plans, coordinating implementation across teams, and creating a measurable partnership pipeline. The role requires senior relationship-building, deal-structuring, and operational execution skills, with regular travel for partner and team work.

Build and operate Hedge’s commercial insurance market-access foundation. The role owns carrier, MGA, MGU, program, and delegated-authority relationships; negotiates appointments and capacity; activates producer codes, portals, and submission routes; maintains market and authority records; and improves placement performance, readiness, and economics. The position partners with brokers, underwriting, product, and compliance, works directly with founders, and requires regular travel for market and team activities.
