Own end-to-end software subsystems for autonomous precision weapon systems, including architecture, safety-critical C/C++ development, testing, hardware integration, simulation, and live-fire support. Build SIL/HIL infrastructure, establish rigorous software engineering and safety practices, mentor engineers, and diagnose issues during military field and flight tests. The role requires extensive embedded, real-time, safety-critical defense or aerospace software experience and expertise with RTOS, embedded Linux, hardware interfaces, and autonomous flight systems.

Own mechanical design of autonomous munition airframes, mechanisms, payload packaging, thermal systems, and deployment hardware from concept through production. Lead structural analysis, FEA, environmental qualification, design-for-manufacture, production drawing release, and GD&T. Collaborate with in-house manufacturing and RF teams, support qualification testing, and mentor mechanical engineers. The role requires extensive defense or aerospace hardware experience, hands-on composite and metallic design, and expertise in tactical environmental requirements.

Design and integrate complex RF circuits and systems for autonomous precision munitions. Responsibilities include RF PCB prototyping, benchtop bring-up, EMI/EMC testing, field testing, verification and validation, RF performance analysis, product development planning, manufacturing transition, and technical customer support. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, firmware, DSP, and software engineers while developing products from concept through market release.
