The Regional Customer Success Director will oversee a multi-disciplinary team to drive the adoption of Heartflow's cardiac diagnostic solutions, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction across assigned territories.

Serve as senior technical authority for software quality across SaMD and AI/ML products. Own SDLC design control, QMS architecture, V&V strategy, risk management, DHF governance, and audit readiness. Drive regulatory alignment (FDA, EU-MDR, PMDA), mentor quality engineers, and define scalable compliance-at-speed frameworks for cloud/SaaS and cybersecurity-enabled digital health solutions.

The Regional Strategic Sales Director leads the strategic expansion and adoption of Heartflow's products, focusing on C-suite relationships, market development, and training initiatives for PCI Navigator.
