Sell and expand adoption of Heartflow's FFRct diagnostic across an assigned territory. Build and maintain relationships with cardiology and radiology clinicians, prospect and close new accounts, drive penetration in existing accounts, coordinate cross-functional field teams, use Salesforce to manage pipeline, gather customer feedback, and meet sales goals. Role is home-based with significant regional travel (30–50%).

Manage Heartflow adoption within assigned territory by building relationships with cardiologists and referring physicians, executing account business plans, coordinating cross-functional programs (education, marketing, VIP visits), and meeting growth and penetration metrics for cCTA and FFRct usage. Travel ~20-25%.

Serve as senior technical authority for software quality across SaMD and AI/ML products. Own SDLC design control, QMS architecture, V&V strategy, risk management, DHF governance, and audit readiness. Drive regulatory alignment (FDA, EU-MDR, PMDA), mentor quality engineers, and define scalable compliance-at-speed frameworks for cloud/SaaS and cybersecurity-enabled digital health solutions.

The Regional Business Manager will lead and develop a team to drive growth in cardiac diagnostic technology, managing relationships with key physicians and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Regional Customer Success Director will oversee a multi-disciplinary team to drive the adoption of Heartflow's cardiac diagnostic solutions, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction across assigned territories.
