Advises on legal aspects of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures involving healthcare-focused properties. Reviews and negotiates transaction and ancillary documents, coordinates due diligence and closings, manages outside counsel and internal stakeholders, maintains legal forms, and supports intra-company agreements and other real estate matters.
