Develops, validates, documents, deploys, and maintains Amazon QuickSight dashboards in a secure CMS environment. Translates stakeholder requirements into interactive visualizations, performs SQL-based ETL and data-quality validation, supports Tableau analytics, manages UAT and dashboard lifecycles, troubleshoots technical issues, and documents data workflows. The role collaborates with analysts, data scientists, CMS stakeholders, QIO staff, and other teams while supporting healthcare and regulated data initiatives.

Performs automated and manual Section 508 remediation for reports, documents, PDFs, presentations, multimedia, and digital assets. Formats materials using Microsoft Office templates and standards, tests interfaces with screen readers and keyboard navigation, and ensures compliance with WCAG accessibility requirements. Coordinates workflows, tracks project progress, manages multiple deliverables, and meets strict deadlines while collaborating with internal teams and supporting government contract requirements.

Supports healthcare data analytics and research projects by evaluating diverse datasets, developing statistical models, validating and cross-referencing data, analyzing care and outcome patterns, and communicating findings to nontechnical stakeholders and clients. The role includes learning healthcare data types, SAS programming, research design methods, and quality improvement analytics while collaborating across multiple teams and managing concurrent projects.
