Leads cross-functional projects from planning through closeout, managing timelines, budgets, scope, risks, stakeholders, vendors, communications, compliance, and change initiatives. Develops project plans and status reports, facilitates meetings, coordinates teams, mitigates issues, and supports operational improvements. Requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of project management experience, and PMP certification. Healthcare, HIPAA, system implementation, and regulated-environment experience are preferred.

Supports CISO Services business operations by coordinating internal teams and partner health centers, managing trackers, contracts, customer communications, renewals, budgets, invoices, and reporting. Maintains accurate operational and financial records, prepares dashboards and business materials, monitors deliverables, follows up on outstanding actions, and identifies process improvements. The role emphasizes customer relationship management, organization, communication, analysis, and coordination rather than technical cybersecurity work.
