Manages an established hospitality account portfolio while driving MRO sales growth. Provide HR support across staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, employee relations, performance management, and investigations. Consult with managers, ensure consistent HR policy application, source and interview candidates, resolve associate relations issues, and analyze HR data to recommend solutions.

Manages contractor qualification, licensing, onboarding, performance evaluation, compliance, and communications. Reviews contractor capabilities and audits, maintains performance grading systems, verifies insurance and licenses, and ensures scopes of work comply with applicable laws. Uses QuickBase to maintain accurate records, approve permitted services, identify system improvements, and support organizational growth. Serves as a liaison between contractors, sales, project management, and leadership while resolving complex compliance and service-quality issues.
