Source, negotiate, onboard, and manage tech, media, and referral partnerships; run co-marketing/co-selling initiatives; track partnership KPIs; and build a repeatable revenue-generating partnerships channel.

Lead and scale Hawke's revenue engine by building a high-performing sales organization, executing go-to-market strategy, driving pipeline generation and forecasting, coaching reps, and personally closing strategic enterprise deals to meet aggressive growth targets.

Manage end-to-end AR, billing, cash application, and month-end close. Execute collections, prepare invoices, reconcile payments, partner across Sales/Client Services, support outsourced accounting, and drive process improvements and SOPs to ensure accurate, timely revenue operations.
