The Sales Development Representative will engage with business owners and sales executives, book productive conversations, and contribute to the SDR team's strategies and best practices.

Build end-to-end full‑stack features for AI agents, spanning UI (React/TypeScript), backend services (Elixir/Go/Python), APIs, and integrations. Drive architecture, code quality, CI/CD, testing, observability, feature-flagged delivery and A/B experiments. Partner with product/design, mentor junior engineers, and apply emerging AI models and tools to improve agent reasoning, actions, and business impact.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for AI agent systems. Own features end-to-end, apply engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, observability), partner with product and design, set technical direction, resolve critical issues, and mentor junior engineers. Work directly impacts customer revenue.
