The Contracts Manager will draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, support the legal department, and improve contract operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

Lead and build Harvey’s people analytics function: design the people data architecture, consolidate HR systems, define metrics and methodology, create dashboards and forecasting models, surface leading indicators for intervention, enable self-serve analytics, and partner with People Ops, Recruiting, Finance, and Data Engineering to drive strategic workforce decisions.

Lead User Operations for the NAMER region, focusing on team performance, manager development, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
