Provides comprehensive litigation support for insurance defense attorneys in a remote, high-volume environment. Responsibilities include preparing and e-filing legal documents, maintaining attorney calendars, scheduling depositions, supporting trial preparation, managing electronic case files, processing invoices, and coordinating with clients, counsel, claims partners, and courts. The role requires California court system knowledge, tort and personal injury experience, proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Represents The Hartford and its policyholders in California workers’ compensation defense matters from inception through resolution. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, researching law, investigating facts, drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery, preparing for depositions and hearings, participating in WCAB proceedings and settlements, communicating with claims partners, and developing toward independent case management with mentorship.
