Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law

The Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law is a Los Angeles nonprofit that provides free family-law assistance to low-income individuals and families. Founded as a co-sponsored project of local bar and women-lawyer organizations, the Center uses volunteer lawyers and law students, under attorney guidance, to deliver direct legal help and consultations. Its work serves underserved Angelenos, including more than 500 low-income people and 650 children annually.
