Supports sales by leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, customer debugging, and complex technical engagements. The role is remote in the Los Angeles area and requires travel throughout the sales territory.

Senior Enterprise Account Executive responsible for winning new enterprise customers, exceeding quota, managing the full sales cycle, forecasting accurately, and developing account plans. The role requires selling to C-level stakeholders across IT and business units, using Salesforce and MEDDPICC, articulating ROI, and collaborating with sales engineering and sales development teams. This is a hybrid position focused on enterprise software sales in Southern California.

Own technical customer implementations and adoption programs for Harness AppSec solutions. Provide hands-on architecture, consulting, onboarding, optimization, and value-realization guidance across cloud, DevOps, security, and infrastructure environments. Analyze usage and adoption data, identify risks and opportunities, conduct business reviews, develop success plans, advise customer leadership, provide product feedback, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams. Build reference architectures, best-practice guides, and customer enablement resources.
