Builds pipelines, develops client relationships, scopes proposals and Statements of Work, supports pricing, and oversees Interim Research performance and P&L. Aligns engagement handoffs with delivery teams, identifies expansion opportunities, and leads BLISS, LINKS, events, webinars, and thought leadership. Represents the practice within the legal market and partners with Marketing to strengthen service positioning.

Leads strategic business development for large law firm accounts across an assigned territory. Builds C-level relationships, develops account and territory plans, uncovers opportunities, presents tailored solutions, manages pipelines and forecasts, and closes new business. Collaborates with Delivery, Go-to-Market, Operations, alliance partners, and marketing teams to address complex client challenges and grow Harbor’s presence in the legal industry.
