Lead and develop Territory Managers across the Desert Southwest, coaching field sales execution, driving regional revenue, maintaining Salesforce pipeline and forecasting discipline, supporting major deals, recruiting talent, and translating national strategy into regional plans. The role requires frequent field travel, customer engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on leadership in a fast-growing hardware and software business.

Manage and grow Halter's West Coast customer base by driving retention, renewals, and expansion. Onboard and train farmers, build strong relationships, troubleshoot technical/operational issues, advocate customer needs to product teams, and lead community engagement to increase adoption and success.
