Own customer deployment programs and factory stand-ups for aerospace and defense manufacturing. Responsibilities include scoping programs, building business cases and pricing analyses, managing budgets and margins, coordinating engineering, operations, supply chain, and software teams, establishing PMO systems, tracking schedules and risks, leading production ramp-ups, supporting proposals, and communicating with executives and customer program offices. The role requires 20–40% domestic travel and ownership of cross-functional execution from qualification through full-rate production.

Advise leaders on people strategies, employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational design, change management, workforce planning, compensation cycles, and manager coaching. Support exempt and non-exempt employees across engineering, manufacturing, and shop-floor teams while ensuring policy compliance, documentation, fairness, engagement, and accountability. Partner with People Operations, Recruiting, and Legal on scalable programs, investigations, and organizational transitions.

Develop software interfaces for industrial machines, PLCs, and manufacturing equipment. Build human-machine interfaces, device data logging pipelines, and integrations for autonomous manufacturing systems. Collaborate with robotics, mechanical, controls, and operations teams to deploy and upgrade manufacturing cells. The role involves hands-on factory-floor hardware work and travel up to 10% annually.
