Design and develop mechanical systems, machine assemblies, fixtures, tooling, and robotic end-of-arm tooling using 3D CAD. Leads corporate IT operations at Hadrian’s Torrance headquarters, managing technicians, analysts, and systems administrators. Responsibilities include service desk leadership, AI chatbot and ticket-deflection automation, executive support, conference-room and event AV, factory IT partnership, SaaS administration, vendor and license management, escalations, postmortems, hiring, and team development. The role requires strong corporate IT experience, automation skills, executive support judgment, and hands-on AV expertise.
