Lead strategy and execution of Training Operations across multiple factory sites. Manage Training Operations Managers, align training capacity to production ramps, enforce competency and certification standards, ensure AS9100/NADCAP audit readiness, and build workforce certification reporting and headcount plans.

Support scaling manufacturing by translating customer requirements into inspection criteria and shop instructions, lead NPI quality activities (control plans, FAI/first article), onboard customers and automated assets, drive root-cause problem solving and disposition of production defects, maintain auditable production methods, conduct internal audits, and enable transition from low-rate to high-volume production.

Lead and scale Hadrian's infrastructure platform across compute, networking, and storage. Own multi-region Kubernetes platforms, reliability (SLOs/SLIs), incident response, cost optimization, and security/compliance. Manage and grow a 12-15 person team of platform, SRE, and infrastructure engineers and partner with DevOps, Product, and Security to enable global factory operations.
