Leads Hadrian’s strategic communications function, including media relations, public relations, announcement strategy, executive speeches, messaging, internal communications, and voice standards. Advises the CEO and executives during public moments, manages a communications team and external agencies, oversees budgets and performance, and coordinates with marketing, policy, government relations, and HR. The role requires extensive communications leadership experience in technology, defense, aerospace, or related fields, along with frequent travel.

Build and lead the company-wide compliance program covering export controls, government contracts, cybersecurity compliance, ethics, and business conduct. Own ITAR/EAR classifications, licensing, technology control plans, FAR/DFARS requirements, audits, investigations, training, risk assessments, and corrective actions. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, legal, and leadership to embed compliant processes into factory operations and new programs. Serve as the primary compliance contact for government agencies, customers, and defense primes.

Owns training performance for assigned manufacturing stations by delivering on-the-job instruction, mastering processes, coaching technicians and trainers, managing assessments, maintaining audit-ready content, and ensuring procedural compliance. Partners with process designers and learning system engineers to improve training effectiveness, accelerate crew readiness, standardize execution, and build self-sufficient teams across shifts.
