Lead Habitat Health's platform strategy to define, pilot, and scale automation, AI, and digital experiences. Drive partner selection, pilot design/execution, KPI-based evaluation, and integration into the core platform. Coordinate across product, platform, operations, clinical, finance, and compliance to prioritize processes, manage vendors, and enable enterprise adoption and governance.

Lead and manage all operational, clinical, financial, and administrative aspects of the Habitat Health PACE program. Oversee program development, staffing, budgets, regulatory readiness, QAPI, marketing, community relations, and provider/contracts. Supervise Medical Director and staff, ensure compliance with state and federal PACE requirements, support strategic planning, and represent the organization to partners and the community.

Support prospective and current participants with Medi‑Cal applications and redeterminations: gather documentation, submit and appeal cases, track application pipelines, coordinate with county DPSS, conduct eligibility events, and perform home visits as needed to ensure enrollment and compliance with DHCS/CMS guidelines.
