Supervise daily operations of a PACE clinic, lead and mentor RNs, LVNs, and medical assistants, manage schedules, supplies, vendors, quality initiatives, compliance, and facility needs. Provide clinical care including triage, emergency response, medication and vaccine administration, wound care, home care, and participant education. Support care for complex geriatric patients and provide after-hours coverage as needed.

The Enrollment Registered Nurse leads clinical enrollment activities for a PACE program. Responsibilities include nursing, home safety, and eligibility assessments; Nursing Facility Level of Care documentation; presenting findings to interdisciplinary teams; educating prospective participants and caregivers; maintaining accurate EHR records; supporting regulatory compliance; and contributing to outreach and process improvement. The role requires travel throughout the service area and collaboration with participants, caregivers, providers, and cross-functional teams.

Supports the Product team by turning ambiguous problems into scalable systems and measurable workflows. Responsibilities include process mapping, automation, research, analysis, documentation, dashboard and reporting development, stakeholder coordination, frontline observation, tool rollout, onboarding, training, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement. The role uses AI and operational data to reduce manual effort, improve throughput and quality, and standardize work across clinical, operational, enrollment, and enterprise teams.
