As a Staff Applied AI Scientist, you will design and deploy AI systems using LLMs, improve agent performance, and collaborate with engineering to enhance systems for customer impact.

Design and implement AI agents and Model Context Protocols to integrate enterprise systems (NetSuite, Zuora, Jira) with LLMs. Build secure, SOX-compliant automation and orchestration workflows, measure KPIs, and partner with Finance, IT, and Security to operationalize AI across enterprise applications.

Lead UX vision and strategy across Business Money, Consumer Money, Payments, and Risk. Identify cross-team, high-impact opportunities; influence product strategy and OKRs; define AI-first financial UX; do hands-on design and prototyping; mentor designers; and evolve design system patterns to scale cohesive, trustworthy financial experiences.
