Leads the firm’s IT function, including infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, service delivery, software development oversight, vendors, and multidisciplinary team management. Establishes operational processes, documentation, accountability, disaster recovery, and security controls while supporting multiple offices and remote employees. Develops the technology roadmap, leads modernization and major projects, and evaluates automation, AI, RPA, and integrations to improve efficiency and reliability.

Lead day-to-day execution of audit engagements for for-profit and not-for-profit clients: plan engagements, supervise and train staff, perform and review audit procedures and workpapers, identify and resolve accounting issues, prepare financial statements and client deliverables, communicate with clients, and ensure compliance with firm policies and professional standards.

Manage multiple audit and accounting engagements from planning through completion. Oversee staffing, budgets, technical reviews, client communication, and staff development while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and firm standards.
