Supports daily accounting and administrative operations, including accounts payable and receivable, vendor invoices, credit card transactions, employee expense reports, QuickBooks Online data entry, invoice generation, receivables tracking, sales reporting, documentation, and approval workflows. Requires English-Japanese bilingual communication, strong Excel skills, and high attention to detail. This is a hybrid California-based role reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager.
