The Assistant Category Manager will manage product assortments and vendor relationships, coordinate promotions, and analyze market trends to optimize sales for Guitar Center's retail and online platforms.

Process payroll for an assigned pay group, including payroll cycle setup, report analysis, exception correction, final submission, and post-processing review. Support employee and manager payroll questions, audit hiring and status changes, manage tax and direct-deposit information, calculate off-cycle payments and prorations, coordinate with unemployment and garnishment vendors, maintain electronic documentation, and collaborate with HR, HRIS, Benefits, Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, and retail personnel.

Design, deliver, and manage enterprise learning solutions by partnering with leaders and SMEs. Lead instructional design, facilitation, learning operations, LMS administration, program management, and measurement of learning impact. Leverage adult learning theory, AI-enabled tools, and multiple modalities (ILT, virtual, self-paced, experiential) to scale accessible, behavior-focused programs.
