Design, deliver, and manage enterprise learning solutions by partnering with leaders and SMEs. Lead instructional design, facilitation, learning operations, LMS administration, program management, and measurement of learning impact. Leverage adult learning theory, AI-enabled tools, and multiple modalities (ILT, virtual, self-paced, experiential) to scale accessible, behavior-focused programs.

Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning programs and materials across virtual and in-person formats. Partner with business leaders and HR to identify skill gaps, facilitate workshops, manage LMS content, and measure training effectiveness. Manage multiple L&D projects, coordinate logistics, and apply instructional design and adult learning principles to improve employee development and leadership capability.

The Learning and Development Specialist designs and implements learning programs, evaluates effectiveness, and collaborates with business leaders to enhance employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
